    There are a series of large, sinking asphalt patches from utility work in the right lane on Charles. Can these please be fixed? I almost flew off my bike after hitting one at night unexpectedly. Thank you!

    there is constantly large rocks and gravel spilling out of the construction driveway into the binney street bike lane. this is a high traffic/truck route and I'm constantly forced to swerve into traffic to avoid these rocks I can only see last minute. Please force construction company to pay more attention to this, or better yet, move the bike lane over so this doesn't happen! Thanks!!

    There is supposed to be a bike lane / shared lane on Huntington that continues onto Stuart. The bike lane is completely faded. It also abruptly switches side without warning or guidance. And there is also a dangerous merge with I-90 off ramp. Oncoming traffic has no warning that it is potentially merging with bikes. This is an extremely dangerous intersection/route that is poorly maintained and marked.

    Extremely busy bike corridor and high volume traffic/gridlock. Cars/buses/trucks frequently run the red light at this intersection. Maybe MIT /Cambridge can position some cops there instead of ticketing cyclists at the nearby crosswalk.

    The bike lane is not marked through this intersection! It is extremely dangerous, multiple crashes and near misses from cars making right turns without yielding to oncoming bicyclists. There is absolutely no signage at this intersection to warn drivers to yield to bikers. This is an easy fix, and it's insane that nothing has been done considering the amount of traffic on this bridge. Posting a picture of a bike crash that occurred at this very intersection, 7/26/16.
