There are now at least ten utilities cuts in the new pavement on W Mt Hope between MLK and Pattengill. That pavement was put down only last spring and is now full of collapsing poorly repaved holes. They should repave the road with the same materials, and to the same level.

There is a lose plank in the middle of the CN railroad crossing at S. Washington in the south bound lane near the BWL. it pops up about four inches when crossed. It could get worse and cause damage or injury.

there is more trash dumped on Malcolm X near the 496 underpass.

The pavement is collapsing on the west bound lane of East Greenlawn and S Cedar at the sight of recent utility work were they patched the street. Very busy there needs fixing.

There are several growing potholes on the block of Hazel Street west of S. Washington leading to the River Trail. It is a small block that is often overlooked but it is a public street and sees a lot of use by it's residents and businesses, and people going to the trail.

The smell from the GM plant is very strong today Wednesday 8/10 and is flowing into the windows of my building across the river. What is this smell and how will they stop it!

There a huge and growing pot hole in the west bound lane of Baker Street right before the rail crossing between Penn. Ave and Cedar St.. There are many children playing and riding bikes to get to the park there. The street from S,Washington to Penn. Ave is in very bad shape. This hole is the biggest however.

There is a strong chemical fume odor coming from the GM Plant, this summer. It is very strong in REOtown on hot days and when the wind comes from the west. It can be so strong that I have to leave our building's pool area and go inside. I did not notice this odor last summer. Can there be anything done about this it is really smells.

There is huge deep pothole at the entrance of the "downtown exit" ramp off Aurelius leading to Malcolm X. . It is on the left side and difficult to see or miss. It is so deep it could be dangerous.

The sculpture behind the Michigan History Museum stands in the middle of a circle drive. It all lines up with the north star or true north. Right were one should stand to see how it all lines up, there is an ugly traffic directional sign in a cement block. Please relocate this sign and honor the art work.

Please trim the dead branches from the lotus trees along the 200 to 400 blocks of S. Washington SQ.. These are the oldest trees on our downtown's main street, they will respond well if the dead limbs are trimmed.

The sidewalk at the traffic circle on north side of Moores River is all broken, I saw a bicycle rider crash there do to the deep holes and cracked pavement.

The bronze plaque commemorating Lee Bancorft long time Lansing park director, in the Frances Park river overlook area is missing from the boulder it was attached to. Has it been stolen or is it being repaired?

Small trees and tall weeds are growing in the sidewalk median in front of the school. The grass has not been mowed in weeks.

The fountain in Rutter Park has been off and drained. I was wondering if it is broken, and when it might be fixed.

There is a long pot hole along the sections of the the Elm Street bridge over the Red Cedar where the sections meet. The metal infrastructure has been uncovered. It make a very load noise when crossed and could damage tires.

There is a very deep pot hole at Baker and Penn. Ave. There is some sort of metal has been uncovered under the pavement. This could damage tires.
