changes to fast east and west bound 4-6 car go through

It has been over 2 month since they setup road barricades limiting a 2 lanes in to one and construction hasn't even started yet . Can the City or the Dep of MDOT should limit of how soon they can setup barricades before the work starts. I also do understand having the lane closure one week prior so motorist would get and be aware of what is to come but 2 month in advance is crazy , is creating a accident prone to happen.

Behind 3901 Wainwright there is tree branches that are resting on power lines and is creating a dangerous situation. Tree branches on wires causes my concern.
