On May 2018, Dept of Watershed MGT fixed the hydrant but did not put fix the curb they removed. The pieces were put back by the property owners when the city never returned to fix curb but there is still a gap.every time it rains, the clay soil comes out of it and spills into the sewer. Target resolution date?
