Yesterday at 745pm in 1553 Dorchester Ave by McDonald’s after I got my items I saw a woman who goes and pick up cans and bottles to cash it in this 6 foot fit guy took her black trash bag of cans and bottles and took it this woman was about 4 11 so she not tall l. So i call 911 I spoke to a dispatcher and then dispatcher stated to me let me put you on hold. That is not professional I waited with the woman until 821pm and there was no cruiser came to make sure the woman was ok luck her daughter came. Again this is not right
