Siding was removed from the house months ago leaving sheets of insulation to fly around the neighborhood. There is also a large pile of dirt next to the house where the basement walls are in danger of collapsing because of water damage. House is a total eyesore & a neighbor has been mowing the front yard to keep it presentable but is not willing to anymore. Could the city please look into this? Current owner started working on it but seems to have basically abandoned it.
