Attention BWL!The cap to a water access port in the middle of a very busy sidewalk is still missing. It is the sidewalk many children cross to attend church across the street. This hole which is big enough to catch someone's foot can be covered when it snows, someone is going to get hurt. I live up the street and I do not want it to be me. The hole is in front of the old service station being renovated. PLEASE replace the cap on this dangerous hole.
